No connection with the MC16 controller
Description:
LED 4 or LED 6 is lit on the controller, there is no connection with it.
Solution:
Check if the microSD card is properly inserted in the controller (behind the battery). Alternatively, remove and reinsert the card and restart the controller.
If that does not help - connect the microSD card to the computer. Check if it is read correctly.
If the card is not read correctly or is damaged - contact our Technical Support.
If the card is read, check if there is the "license.cfg" file on the card.
If the file is there - open it e.g. in a notebook and check if the MAC address given in the file is the same as the MAC address of the controller (you can find the MAC address on the box or sticker on the controller).
If the MAC addresses do not match, it means that the license comes from a different controller and most likely the cards have been swapped.
Note: Do not make any changes to the file license.cfg!
