„File already exist. \LocEventsCache.DB” error in MS Vista/7

Description:
How to solve the problem „File already exist. \LocEventsCache.DB” generated during start of PR Master application under MS Vista OS?

Solution:

In order to fix the problem please follow steps below:

  1. Click Start > Programs > Roger ACS,
  2. Right mouse click on PR Master icon,
  3. From the context menu choose Properties,
  4. Choose Compatibility  tab,
  5. Check option Run as Administrator,
  6. Click OK  to save changes.
