Access denied for new user added manually in PR311

Description:
After new user is added on PR311 controller card/PIN does not work. Controller signals access denied.

Solution:

Most probably problem is caused by lack of AWA (Access When Armed) privilege added for the new user. To add new user with AWA privilege you can use one of two following programming commands:

[21#][MASTER][NNN][Card] - card programming for the user with ID=NNN who will have AWA privilege. Read card will be assigned to user with ID=NNN, the user will have the privilege to enter when controller is in "Armed" mode.

[22#][MASTER][NNN][PIN] - PIN code programming for the user with ID=NNN number who will have AWA privilege. Read PIN will be assigned to the user with ID=NNN, the user will have the privilege to enter when controller is in "Armed" mode.
