Business Gazelle 2023 Award

We are delighted to announce that Roger has been awarded the title of Business Gazelle 2023. This is our fourth Gazelle since the start of our business operation and our second in a row after receiving this title last year.

The Business Gazelle Awards are granted annually to the most dynamically developing companies from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector, distinguished by their reliability, efficiency, and good financial condition in the constantly changing market environment. Based on analyses of the financial results of enterprises, a ranking is prepared by the leading credit insurance provider Coface, which is then published in the daily newspaper Puls Biznesu.

To be awarded the title of Business Gazelle 2023, companies must meet the following criteria:

• they started their business before 2021 and have been running it continuously until today;
• in the base year 2021, recorded sales revenues between PLN 3 million and PLN 200 million;
• between 2021 and 2023, they achieved year-on-year growth in sales revenue;
• between 2021 and 2023, they have not once recorded a loss.

Recent years have been characterised by tough economic situations on a macro-scale (including pandemic, war, inflation, etc.) and a micro-scale (e.g. crisis in the electronic components market). We are all the more encouraged by the successes achieved in these difficult times, and the awards granted as objective confirmation of these successes motivate us to continue our work and improve.
