Integration with the URVE Smart Office System
The integration of the office reservation system URVE Smart Office by Eveo with the RACS 5 access control system by Roger was carried out via the so-called Integration Server (provided by RACS 5).
The URVE Smart Office system enables convenient management of conference rooms, desks, parking spaces, lockers, and any other resources in the office. Users can use Smart Office via an app installed on a mobile phone or via an interactive panel.
It allows them to book meeting rooms as well as checking and co-creating availability schedules for office space. On the basis of the reservation, the URVE system creates a user in the RACS 5 system and grants him temporary access rights to doors and rooms. The use of the reserved room is also recognized and recorded.
The integrated solution is primarily used in office buildings but can be successfully used wherever dynamic and efficient office space management is required.
